it's very easy.turn them towards some creative activity.start a new topic of conversation before them. don't solve the problem directly. turn their attention towards a different thing. involve them in a new conversation.
they'll forget the cause of their anger and will get busy in the newly started topic .

Unfortunately, kids that young aren't angry, just spoiled. Be firm, and show them whos boss. Smack them if they get out of hand. there's a difference between child discipline and abuse.
