Absolutely not. A digital camera takes individual pictures (or movie clips) and saves them to a memory card for later downloading. A webcam takes continuous low quality images and streams them to your computer on the fly. The digital camera is designed for quality photos; the webcam is designed for low quality, low bandwidth streaming. They're as different as a car and a truck.

yeah but there the really cheap kind
go to walmart they're all like 20 bucks. or less.

i ony use mine as a webcam

no but you can buy a web cam for about 20 bucks
