im 23 years old and have a personal trainer i was losing weight and toning but then i stop and became un instered, but now i want to to get back into can anyone tel me what supplement to use i try l-cartine that was great and advice thanx

you don't need supplements you need to go back to training,eat less fatty food.a personal trainer must be expensive,go to a gym with aerobic classes.better than a personal trainer,you will meet new people you gym outings will become social outings as well go for it

You don't necessarily need supplements. Just a balanced meal plan and a proper weight training and cardio program. As you probably learned from your trainer (who seems to be a good one), weight training is more effective than cardio and nutrition is more important than both types of exercises combined.

i think of they're after having one for 10 years, yet she grow to be purely aggressive to different canines. in my view, i think of pitbulls are the nicest canines to human beings esp infants. understand that a canines would be recommend if the owner teaches them to. that's all stems from the handler for my section. super, organisation handler = stable canines.
