he keeps asking me out and messaging me then cancels last minute and always seems to be busy...b4 he asked me out he liked me alot........whats up with him if he doesnt like me WHY ASK ME OUT!!!! hes done it twice now should i give him another chance or the flick?

Ok! I have come to realise some people are psycho, they just change moods.
Don't give him anymore power to raise your peckers up with regards to wether he is coming or not.
Tell him that you are moving on with your life and if he wants to see you, then he should work to fit into your schedule cos you are not going to rearrange your schedule for him since he does not respect your time and effort.
You know some guys will not respect women until the woman puts her foot down.

He's probably busy with someone else. Next time he asks you out, maybe at the last minute you might suddenly be busy! A decent guy wouldn't break a date, even if he gets "a better offer" at the last minute. You deserve better!

I guess he felt like turning the tables. Maybe he was just curious to see what it is like to toy with someone rather than to be toyed with.
You should give him another chance.
