my boobs and stomach and stuff are normal sized and my legs are skinny.
and i have no calves.

i dont mean im fat ontop or anything, but just wider than my legs. ALOT wider.

can anybody tell me how to get calves and maybe make my legs and *** bigger too

For Legs and glutes, try compound exercises such as: squats, lunges, leg presses, split squats.

Chose weights where you will be fatigued after about 8 to 12 reps. You can use a total of 5 sets per workout and train them twice per week.


For Calves, try standing calf raises, seated calf raises, or even calf raises on a leg press machine.

Since calves are primarily slow twitch muscle fibers, they demand higher reps and grow more slowly but can be trained more often. Use weights that tire you out after 15 to 25 reps and you can train them 4 times per week.

The best way to build up calves and legs is through weight-training and walking. Although you basic body size doesn't totally change, when you build up the muscles in your legs, you'll appear more "in balance" and you'll feel better, too. Good luck to you!

Your body composition (where you natyrally distribute your fat) is something you can't change, but muscle size is. do weight bearing exersices for you legs.

How tall are you?? men love long lean legs!!
