I've already partitioned my 30Gb drive to double boot and downloaded the ISO file to my 160 Gb SATA. I've also downloaded an image file reading program Isobuster, which appears to be the right one. Heelpppp please.

trying to understand this. You do NOT want to burn the ISO on to a DVD.
What you would like to do is mount the ISO in windows. Run the install from windows and have it install on the other partition?

is red hat is on your hard drive??? not understanding question,, but I can help if you detail a little more
