The shipping container was sucked into a Delta L-1011. Search it on Airliners.net

There was an accident in El Paso approximately 1-2yrs ago where a mechanic was sucked into a 737 engine. Outcome well, wasnt too good.

There was an incident where one of the plane handlers on aircraft carrier almost got sucked into an A-6 Intruder's intakes. He was lucky, his belt got snagged on one of those probes on the side, and his helmet and the rest of his gear went in and fouled the engine. The pilot was quick enough to shut down too. I'm pretty sure it's on Youtube somewhere.

EDIT:ALOPILOT... if you read the comments, you'd know that he survived the incident: "VA-35 onboard USS Theodore Roosevelt just before Desert Storm 1990, only thing that saved him was his gear getting sucked off him and down the engine while he got hung up on the bullet of the engine by his float coat."

You can make your own, run out in front of a 373 or somthing low to the ground and dive right in... haha... all joking aside the guy above is right, ive seen something like it but this guy actually got sucked in and spit out the bird chute. (If a bird were to get sucked in, the idea is that they get shot out a different tube, lucky to say the least... I dont think any belt got caught there, you can see him come out the back...
