Foolish question. Chuck Norris ALWAYS wins! Your punishment for doubting Chuck is that he will reverse kick you back in time. If you make the same mistake again, he will reverse kick you again. This process will continue until you get things right. Like Groundhog Day only a LOT more painful.

As a practitioner of Ninjitsu, I must say that Chuck Norris is one heck of a fighter (even now in his 60s).
I don't know about "ask a ninja", but Norris can beat just about anyone if he wants to bad enough. 10 world titles speak for themselves.
