my xray resulted with tortuous aorta.

Tortuous aorta indicates that the aorta is twisted or distorted in some way. This may be a result of many different factors, genetic or otherwise, but it is commonly associated with hypertension and reduced blood flow from a narrowing of the aorta, also called coarctation. Physical changes in the spine and chest wall may also contribute to this.

torterous sounds like an irregular routing. Each anatomy can have anomolies (be out of the ordinary). Didn't the doc explain? Always ask. It's your bod and YOUR RIGHT to know.
