ya there may be sme pressure differences in the ventricles... bt that doesnt make any difference in heart beat.... it its so then also its mild.....
if therz a preexisting heart prblm then i doubt that it may evoke arrythemia...

I heard that when you hickup, sneeze or orgasm, your heart stops/ skips...... but I heard that years ago through the urban legend grapevine, so I wouldn't want to bet to heavily on it before doing more research.
