Stop worrying. That only makes things worse. Get in control of your diet and exercise routine, and you'll never have to worry about diabetes and/or cholesterol. Eating a primarily vegetarian diet and combining that with a consistent exercise routine can ward off any problems associated with diabetes or cholesterol. Read more on my diabetes info page...

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

It's normal for postprandial glucose to jump but yours is outside range. A child's PPBS should be elss than 120mg/dL 2 hours after a meal. An adult's should be also less than 120 (fingerstick), less than 140 serum/plasma. See your doctor for more comprehensive tests. Having both parents diabetics puts you at a much higher risk for developing the disease.
I can't say how far out of range your triglycerides are because the normal ranges are age-related and you didn't state your age. However, yours are too high for all ages. But if the maximum for you is 180, as you say, that would make you 50 yrs. or older. (???)

You could be at risk. I have a 2year old son who is diabetic. He was diagnosed at 14months. He takes several injections a day. Yes u need to watch your diet and exercise. If u do have the gene for it there is no prevention. Healthy habits can help delay it. What type are they? How old r u? These things matter. Talk to your doctor. There are blood tests u can have done to tell if u'll ever have it.

There is a Specific test called Glucose Tolerance Test that can test the tendency of an individual to get Diabetic. In any case, a regular LFT+RFT is highly recommended annually

Your results are a little concerning to me and when I read that your parents have diabetes that confirmed my concern. Diet (nutritional-if in doubt go to a nutritionist, they can help you set up a diet you can eat) and exercise will bring those scores down. Ask your doctor to run further tests re: the possible diabetes. To ease your mind is one of the important parts of medicine.
