Um, if by allergic problems then they're called lactose-intolerant. I have no idea what meat has to do with it, but people who are allergic to dairy products(I think that's the name) are lactose-intolerant. At least that's what my cousin is. She can have dairy, but not too much. No idea how meat ties into it; sorry.
