This guy like me?

Okay, there's this guy that keeps joking around in class. Last week, he told me "my hair looks beautiful just the way it is". I don't know if he was kiddin' or not. He sometimes bothers me but I just laugh it off because I sorta like him. He sits in front of me in class so it's pretty easy to do so. On some occasions, he even purposely stretched his arm to the bottom of the desk trying to get my leg. I don't know if it was joking, flirting, or just trying to be annoying. He does have friends in the class so maybe he was trying to act cool? And just yesterday, he put his hand on my arm to feel my hoodie and then said "ooo silk". He did touch another girl's arm too Lastly, he asks for my homework and sometimes uses it. One person said "just ignore him. He likes you" and he didn't say anything. I think only one time made eye contact and that was not on purpose. It was for 2-5 seconds. So, does he like me? He accepted me on Myspace too. If you want more info on what he does, I can tell you

1. Pushed my books off my desk by purpose
2. Asked me about prom and who I'm going with sounding interested
3. Put his finger in my face
4. When he added me on Myspace, he was really quiet the next day in class
5. Dances in front of the class
6. Sang really loudly in class when the class suppose to sing a song
7. Pushed my desk back on purpose
8. Was moving his own desk back and forth on purpose, then looked at me to see my reaction which was laughing
9. Asked me to pick up his pen
10. A few times, he asked me to copy my homework and sometimes would ask if I did it
11. Would read my shirt sometimes(had sayings on it) then tell his opinion to me
12. When I walked inside Gym with a lot of other girls, he stared at me.

That's all I can remember. This is to give you an idea of how he is around me. The more detail about him, the more accurate answer I'm going to get.
