ok..i met this guy almost three weeks ago...and we have been going out. recently i had a few friends tell me that he has been saying that he likes them...and that he has even said he loved them...lately he has been very distant from me...and i know my friends would never lie to me...but i think he is so distant b/c he doesnt want to hurt me...or he doesnt want me to find out. which i have..and i recently (almost two hours ago) what he is saying and why he thinks its ok to hurt me like he has...HELP!!!

for the record..my friends DO have common sense..but i just dont think i want to let him go..he lied about talking to them about some stuff but other than that he has never done anything to me directly. and he promised he would never cheat on me b/c he has been cheated on before and i didnt deserve that...but my friends and i fight about him constantly...PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Well the good part is that your friends told you. Cuz if they didnt then you would have been hurt more than what you are now. But I say dump him. He isnt worth it. Your friends will stick with you while guys just play you and break your heart.But if you have him tell you the truth then everything will be fine.But then again you don't know what else he might be lying to you about. But like I said earlier, stick with your friends. Cuz if you know that they told you what your boyfriend was saying, then you know that you can trust them and they won't do anything that will hurt you. But you dont know that your boyfriend is doing something that will hurt you.

Isn`t this type of guy called a " player " that means he plays the field !! he will never make any girl happy for long as this type are always self centred and are convinced that they were put on this earth as Gods Gift to women , My advice is to drop him like a hot potato . They are usually duds at everything a girl is interested in and usually end up as lonely old bachelors. Good luck for your bright and happy future . Pete

This man is what you call a "player". You've probably heard of them. Here's what you do with them: Dump him and never look back! The longer you keep this loser in your life, the more grief he'll cause you, and if your friends have any common sense they'll ditch him the same way.

I would say dump him!!! Hes not worth it if hes gonna hurt you like that!! You should thank your friends for caring enough about you to tell you what hes saying!! It takes courage to tell someone something that will hurt them especially if you love someone like your friends probably love you! And it was probably hard on them to tell you but you should appreciate it thank them dump him and move on!! hes not worth it dont give up your friends for someone who would hurt you!! Guys like him will never change and if you let him get away with it now he will do it again and you could lose your friends!! I know its hard but you have to decide whats more important...your friends or this guy!!!!
