Who needs a website? Enjoy all of the things you are used to that do not include meat. Its simple. Add in some beans (think bean and cheese tacos, burittoes, etc) and make sure you try a veggie or two that you have never had before. I have a more varied diet now than I ever did. Try ethnic recipes, like pupusas, arapas, arancini. etc. Just dont eat meat-super easy. Watch for hidden sources, such as fast food fries which contain beef tallow. Good luck!

foodtv.com has some good ideas under their "healthy eating" section.

Just eat what you normally would, but cut out the meat. Use meat substitutes if you have to, I love the boca products. Their ground "beef" tastes almost exactly like the real thing, it's great to use in tacos, pasta sauce, sloppy joes, etc.

Pasta, salads, soup, omelettes, casseroles are easy meat- free dishes to start out with.
