I am diabetic and have been drinking sugar free Rockstar this last week. I have noticed that my blood sugars have been fantastic and wonder if anyone can tell me if this is okay for me or should I be worried.

your not suppoused to drink diet drinks when you are a diabetic because it has splenda in it

Yeah Splenda is fine for diabetics to consume. So if that drink has Splenda or some other artificial sweetener, then that could be the reason why your blood sugar is better than usual than if you usually drink regular drinks

All diet drinks can lower blood sugars.

if it helps, then I can get back to drinking it. If you follow your dieting, exercising and taking your meds like you are suppose to then you should now worry about your glucose readings.

spenda is fine for diabetics. XS energy drink is very good too.
