This is not a diet pill but a dietary supplement. If you go to healthquest.peoplesway.com and look at Protrim. One ingredient is Guarana Seed which helps to lower blood pressure. There are cases of people loosing from 10 to over 100 lbs using these products. There are videos at youtube if you search for peoplesway.

diet pills usually are not good for people on medication for high blood pressure. They contain stimulants or caffeine as appetite suppressors which increase blood pressure. the best thing to do is change your diet and excercise.

I heard the diet pill cilaris (can't spell) is ok if you have heart problems but, it does have caffeine in it and it kind of makes you jittery.
