i am told that garlic helps in getting rid of many health problems.i would like to know more about it based on actual experience. is it enough to take 4or 5 once a day?

Well, it's supposed to keep vampires away so I guess that qualifies as a health benefit.

Then of course if you eat too much of it, no one is going to want to come close enough to you to have sex so you wouldn't have to worry about sexually transmitted diseases so that would be a health benefit too.

garlic contains all micro nutrients. its an apatizer. it prevents heart attack to some extent. it brings down cholestrol. ther is no hazard if u have it more. its good if u have atleast 1 daily
