They seem to be. I've been monitoring mine with the wrist model for a little over a year now. If you doubt the accuracy of yours, bring it to your doctors office on your next appointment, and do a comparison while you're there.

No they are not very accurate, it can be used as a parameter in absence of BP apparatus. Use dynamap for very accurate BP reading.
