It sounds like you have a sinus infection. Having a very bad headache at the same time you have congestion in your head or chest could be pressure in your head and if your head hurts that bad i would consider it may be an trying ibuprofen and sudafed and clariton. I had the same thing and it felt like my eye's were about to pop out of my head. Of course lots of fluid and rest. Mucinex also works good of course when you don't have a full blown headache. But ibuprofen works best for a headache because it's an anti inflammatory. But you may have to bite the bullet and go to the Dr. Hope you get better!

that is associated with your sines. it is all cloged up in there cause pressure. you are best to go to the doctor and get this stuff that starts with a g that will clear it all out. you must drink water cause it can cause you to dehydrate but it is worth geting!!!! I had phnomonua once and thought it was just a severe head cold or the flu and did not go to the doctor then i started get severe pain in my chest and a little in my head so i went to the doctor and they gave me that medicine and let me tell it works great. i still have it so if i start to get clogged or get a head cold i take it and it is gone in 2 days!!!

Chances are you have a lot of ear pressure, which is giving you a headache. Advil works for me, but eat lots of fruits. They are supposed to help you feel better. Or maybe all you need is some sleep! Take an airborne.

Because your nasal passages are inflamed and this is causing pressure in your head..same thing if you bend over to pick something up off the floor..the best thing you can do is drink ANYTHING HOT and take ZICAM!!!..it's over the counter..white and orange box..it is the greatest!!
