also what are some good vegan foods that are low in fat? & how much weight do you thing i can loose in 1 week if i just eat raw vegetables, fruit & salad? i just need a quick fix because im going to london in 1 week to see my boyfriend and i kinda wanna look hot for him because i havent seen him in 4 months. im 19 and i weigh 55kg's. ta :)

well, a diet is all about losing more calories than you eat, so you have to exercise. goveg.com is a pretty good vegan website. nutritiondata.com has lots of nutrition facts.
If you have salads, get low fat soy cheese and low fat dressing, not ranch or thousand island because they both have either dairy or egg products in them. I don't know about other dressings, though.
You have to have SOME fat in your diet, though. If not, your skin will lose color and the white part of your eyes will turn yellow. I'm sure that it won't if you only have no fat for a week, but if you go too much longer than that, it will happen.
As for how much weight will you lose if you eat only raw vegetables, fruit, and salad, it depends on how much you exercise, WHAT vegetables and fruits you eat, and your body type.
