You might want to try the local Dining section of Answers. But try asking local Halal restaurants and grocery stores if they cater or can refer you to someone who does.

Is it for a school benefit? Fundraising?
If so, you could have your principal or director draft a letter of such intent solicit donations and/or a special pricing for the event.
Make sure the letter contains the details of the event and to mention that the restaurant/caterer's name will be prominently displayed and included in all of your advertising.
Send this letter out to a few caterers and restaurants and wait for their response.
Make sure you allow enough time and have Plan B in the works should they decline your request.
There may be some families in your school who are good at cooking a halal meal. Ask for volunteers to help. Buying the ingredients should be something that would fit your budget.

you could try SUBWAY sandwiches n salad from a halal store near by . Its cheap and TASTY!!!!
