Lemon juice is added to curries, it's just one of many other ingredients that makes up a curry dish. The addition of lemon juice (or lime, amchoor, tamarind...) gives the curry a fresh sour taste and it balances out the spices.

But making a curry solely out of lemon juice...
that's not really a curry, it's your own creation!

Lemon juice appears in many dishes along with curry, but you cannot make a curry just from lemons. You still need a touch of the spices that go to make up a nice curry such as curry leaves, turmeric, lemon grass, chilli or whatever is needed for a particular curry recipe. Your question is a little vague.

SPICY CORN CURRY (MAKAI KI KARHI)

2 cups corn
juice of 1/2 lemon (nimbu)
2 cinnamon sticks (dal cheeni)
2 cloves (loung)
2 small cardamoms (choti ilaichi)

ingredients for paste
1 medium onion
5 green chiles (or to taste)
1tbsp. fresh coconut (grated)
7 cloves of garlic (lehsan)
4 tsp. poppy seeds (khash khash) (optional)
1 bunch of cilantro/coriander leaves

Grind all the paste ingredients together into a fine thick paste.

In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the paste for about 2 minutes. Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamoms and fry for another 2 minutes. Then add the lemon juice and mix well. Add the corn, milk, and salt.

Mix well and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.

You can never make any main dish with lemon as its main ingredient. Appetisers like (a)lemon pickle (achar), (b)lemon chutney with mint, ginger and garlic, (c)soft drinks like lemonade where the lemon plays a big role. Other than that half piece of lemon squeezed in a soup or other main course enhances its taste. That's all
