Doesn't have to be vegan. Does need to have meatless meals. Would like casual atmosphere.

I was just in Seattle a few weeks ago... you need to try Bamboo Garden. It's a Chinese place with all sorts of awesome faux-meat dishes, and everything's vegan except the fortune cookies.

Hi, Sharon, you might want to check out the list of vegetarian/vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants on VegDining.com. I think there are quite a few listed for Seattle.
