dust, then vacuum a lot. there is a powder easily found at walmart, target, kmart etc you sprinkle b4 you vacuum. you can also use a natural saline nasal spray to wash out the allergens from your nostrils. also, if you go to a health food store, they can give you help as far as what to take. like if you don't have high blood pressure or are on meds that it will hurt, powdered beet root helps with the sinus.

Do Not Dust or Vacuum...this is the worst thing for allergies. Get your partner or a neighbor kid to do it. If you have to dust or Vacuum, wear a mask.
