Locally, the only people who get free lessons are either employees or volunteer workers, or people in the Free CPR Day events. The Free Day people DO NOT get certified for this.

There are some free lessons on-line, or you can see if you can get materials at your local library. Free programs rarely offer certification or follow the newer protocols.

If cost is an issue, see if your local Red Cross offers a review or challenge class- they are shorter and cheaper if you are looking to renew.

The Red Cross offers them free to their DSHR volunteers and each chapter throughout the country is a little different. Call them and see.
