"To the Law and to the Testimony: if they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them."
"If you love me, keep my Commandments." - Jesus
"Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the Commandments of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ."
Here is an analogy. Let's say you are speeding down the highway at 80 mph and the speed limit is 65. A cop sees you and pulls you over. You're sweating bullets because you know you broke the Law. After talking to you, the cop says, "I'm in a good mood today, so I'll tell you what. I'll just let you off with a warning, but I won't give you a ticket. Please be more careful." Then he goes back to his patrol car. You wipe the sweat off your brow, and do you:
1) Peel out, burning rubber and kicking up dust, because you're "under grace"?
OR 2) You check your mirrors, turn on your blinker, and coax the car out ever so carefully into the lane, because you know you're "under grace"?
Being under grace doesn't mean you have a free ticket to disobey God's Law. His Law is so unchanging, that Jesus Christ had to die to save us from the penalty of disobeying it. Without the Law, there is no Sin. And if there is no Sin, then Christ died in vain.

The Law is our teacher, our tutor. It tells us what God's righteous standards are.
Here's Paul's take on the dichotomy between Law and Grace:
"But the Scripture has put everything under the power of sin, so that what was promised by the faithfulness of Christ might be given to those who believe. Now before this faith came, we were held in custody and carefully guarded under the law in preparation for the faith that was to be revealed. And so the law was our guardian until Christ came, so that we might be justified by faith. But now that this faith has come, we are no longer under the control of a guardian. For all of you are God's children through faith in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:22-26)
The Law was fulfilled in Christ, (Matthew 5:17) so that we no longer have to sacrifice to be cleansed of sins. He alone met the righteous requirements of the Law, and paid the penalty as a substitute in our stead. (Romans 3:24-26) We are now free to serve Him from a perspective of gratitude, rather than of duty.

For the law of the spirit of life has made us free from the laws of sin and death. Jesus fulfilled the law so that we can operate in grace..For where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is LIBERTY..How wonderful the freedom of the Holy Spirit is!

We are still responsible to live His law. If we don't follow His law we are hypocrites and you know what Jesus thinks of them...
Grace takes care of what we can't, that's why it's called atonement.
