I need an awesome cake idea and some ideas for food. I was thinking lots of different finger foods but nothing ordinary but keeping in mind they are just kids. ages ranging from 3 to 7. Please help.

For the cake, I'd suggest using the Wilton "lips" pan and frost it in hot pink!

You could always incorporate the food into a craft that the kids do themselves. For example, cut up fruit for a fruit tray and use a skewer or toothpick to put a hole in each piece. The girls could then us licorice whips to make fruit necklaces!

Kids love jello! Make "jigglers" and cut them with a lip-shaped cookie cutter! Use the cutter to cut out sandwiches, too!

The FamilyFun website has instructions to make a great fruit-leather purse!

well I myself am a child so I would say a bratz party is the best i think since you already have a theme going get a bratz cake or heres another you know how the bratz have big heads well put her head on a little body and make her like a brat you could probly get it done at a bakery or a super market, and as for food all kids love pizza even the sauce you know the cold one with no cheese and even white pizza and you can get all this at a bakery I need the points so could you put me as your best answer. HERE'S A BRATZ CAKE:http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-photos_thumb_53_20_dd.html

and how about some dirt cups for the dessert instead of that sticky white stuff(ice cream):http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?s=recipe&m=recipe/knet_recipe_display&Rpage=3&u1=bytype&u2=12*151&u3=**50*97&wf=9&recipe_id=57763

Serve hotdogs & hamburgers, that way the grown ups will eat too, they usually classify pizza as junk food, for lil kids...

And how bout these bite-sized critters:http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?s=recipe&m=recipe/knet_recipe_display&u1=bytype&u2=12*152&u3=**4*66&wf=9&recipe_id=90488 or these:http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?s=recipe&m=recipe/knet_recipe_display&u1=bytype&u2=12*152&u3=**16*66&wf=9&recipe_id=63117

I would put the cake on a cake stand, and then wrap the base of the stand with a feather boa. I would give make the mini-corndogs and use decorated toothpicks (the ones with the frills) to serve them - serve them with ketchup, mustard and maybe something like ranch dressing or queso. I would serve fruit kebobs and maybe cheese cubes.
