Weight has more considerations than just how tall you are. Is your bone structure light or big, Normally they say a marathoner (male) should weigh 2lb. per inch of height, and a lady will weigh a little more. You must know that marathoners are SKINNY, and you may not want to go that far. CHEERS.

I am 5'8 and I weigh 157. I did weigh 184. I am on my way to loosing 20 more lbs.

At 5'8" i was told I should weigh somewhere between 130-150lbs. I do weigh about 165lbs and i think I look great :)

The weight differs for heights. Usually the weight is supposed to be around 140-155...
