veggie wrap that i make... with mango on the side... mmm!
roasted red peppers, shredded carrots, thinly sliced cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, sprouts, a little guacamole, and wrap it all up

I have seasonal favourites...
Right now in the coldish weather I LOVE "Potato and Shiitake Mushroom Gratin" with a Salad my husband makes (it has celery, chickpeas, carrots, pecans, pumpkin seeds, black olives, oil, vinegar..not sure what else) and a little piece of Homemade Garlic Bread (whole grain) to enjoy the sauce from the gratin...
When spring gets here it'll be Asparagus with white sauce and Crepes.
I better go make dinner.

There used to be this restaurant I went to that had veggie curry chicken. It was actually chunks of tofu skin, which was very tender and dense in a sauce of spicy curry with onions, carrot slices, and peas.

my favorite vegetarian meal is tofu lasagna, with some vegetable rice, and bar be cue tofu, mixed with veges, and a glass of freshly squeeze passion fruit juice

I love the veggie bacon. It's not real bacon but it sort of looks like it. We call it fakin bacon. lol It tastes way better than real bacon!
