stop eating unhealthy food (FAT ,SWEETS etc)
do lots of exercise but start gradually...
it is better not to loose weight fast as you might loose fat supporting the kidney , a good rate is 5 kg per month. plus stoping food suddenly makes you loose also muscles but with eating good proportions and exercise you dont loose muscle, plus the main stay of diet is to change your eating habbit so you dont get back again.

There is no real safe way to lose weight fast. It has take you years and years to put the weight on, so I think you are crazy for thinking that you are going to lose it quickly.

Eat right, exercise and intake less calories than you are burning off. That is the ONLY way to lose weight that will make any difference.
