No.
But if you are stopped for a road-side breathalyzer test; tell the police officer as one can get a false alcohol reading if your blood sugars are bad.
Ask for a urine or better still a blood test if this happens.
Also when BS levels are bad your breathe can smell of apricots and smell a lot strange.
If this happens go directly, do not stop, to your doctor and be tested for ketones.
