I have been vegetarian for the past 15 years and have never eaten instant noodles. I'm sure some do, but those who are vegetarian for health reasons probably don't as instant noodles are high in sodium and fat.

Those that are vegetarian for moral / religious reasons don't eat most instant noodles either as many are packed with beef stock.

The instant foods I have been eating recently are apples, grapes, and bananas.

No, I particularly do not eat any think any foods that are called instant are usually for vegetarians. Cellophane noodles are very quick and almost instant, if that is what you are talking about, then yes I as a vegetarian eat instant noodles.

They're loaded with sodium (Yes, we need sodium, but a lot of people get too much--same with protein.), and I can't think of any instant noodles at the moment that don't have chicken, beef, or pork fat, broth, or extract in them. So, no.
I eat a lot of regular noodles, though! Mmm...spaghetti :)

Not since I was a student. It's really not the best way to get a balanced diet, and a lot of the flavor sachets have meat or fish extracts in them, so I'd always throw them out anyway. When I want carbs I'm more likely to go for whole grain pasta nowadays.

For Ramen Noodles, I throw away the flavor packets, because they have actual meat in it. I don't buy Ramen Noodles, but I'll eat them if someone else bought it and I make them.

what? like ramen, most ramen packs except i think one contain meat derived flavoring. The noodles themselves are veg.

Sainsbury's cheap own brand noodles are vegan but they would only be an emergency purchase.

While only speaking for myself here... Lately, the only instant food I eat, is raw fruits and vegetables!

So... No.

I don't eat anything thats not fresh, and I don't eat anything with artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. They are fine for a vegetarian diet, but not without adding in other healthy foods.
