You should go and see a doctor straight away. The problem with warts is that you may have picked up something else at the same time - and that could be a concern for your unborn child.

Go to your doctor. I believe they can treat them after a certain month of pregnancy along with the HPV virus, which is what causes genital warts. They will not cause any harm to your child. I don't believe they can be pass along to your child during birth, but if it can there is always a c-section. Your doctor can give you more information.

I had those warts with my first pregnancy. The doctor froze them and they fell off and never came back. It's been 4 yrs. later.

Please be aware that genital warts are a result of contracting a sexually transmitted disease called HPV (or human papilloma virus) which is also a cause of cervical cancer.
