Probably none but that Swiss Miss sugar free cocoa is very satisfying. I'm a diabetic and I like it. I don't drink it all the time but there are times it does hit the spot. I keep a case of it around and put a dollup of Cool Whip on top.

The nutritional factors must be on the label of the product you are using. You ought to seek help to decide if this is suitable for a diabetic by calling the company on the toll free number they offer and ask their customer service person. Alternatively, speak to the dietitian or diabetic education nurse where the patient attends. They have much information and alternative offerings for people with diabetes who enjoy this or that. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and I am speaking from first hand experience. Always get information from informed sources, not just hearsay.

Best wishes

you need to look at the package. They are all different. I make mine with milk unsweet cocoa powder and splenda. just make sure you take into count that the milk has sugar in it. an 8 oz. glass has about 12 grams of sugar.
