Do you mean Asthma?
That is tightening of bronchial tubes...causing wheezing and shortness of breath, also with increased mucus production in the lungs.

it is a disease where due to allergy or stress that causes the airways to tighten and mucus production in the lungs to increase. It will cause wheezing and coughing along with a tight feeling in the chest.
