A normal fasting blood sugar result is lower than 100 milligrams of glucose per deciliter of blood (mg/dL).
If your fasting blood sugar level is 100 mg/dL to 125 mg/dL, you have impaired fasting glucose — commonly known as prediabetes. To confirm the diagnosis, your doctor may repeat the fasting blood sugar test several days to a week later
To confirm the diagnosis, your doctor may repeat the fasting blood sugar test on another day. If your test results are 126 mg/dL or higher twice in a row after at least eight hours of fasting, you may have diabetes.
If your blood sugar level is higher than 200 mg/dL and you have signs or symptoms of diabetes, you may be diagnosed with diabetes without a second test for confirmation.
If your random blood sugar level is higher than 100 mg/dL but lower than 199 mg/dL, you may have prediabetes.
A random blood sugar level of 200 mg/dL or higher suggests either type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Remember, your blood sugar level alone isn't enough to differentiate between type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Your doctor may do other tests to determine which type of diabetes you have.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

That is almost definitely diabetes. People with normal sugar metabolism almost never get blood sugars above about 130 or so (assuming they didn't drink a gallon of soda.)
Diabetes causes heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, neuropathy, circulation problems, and blindness. Don't mess around. See your doctor.
Your doctor would probably order a test called a "hemoglobin A1C." That gives an average blood sugar value over the last 3 months and helps make the diagosis.

You need to have a 2 hour oral glucose tolerance test performed. That is how your doctor will diagnose diabetes. This is a strictly controlled test that must be performed in a doctor's office or hospital due to the possibility of adverse reactions (the glucose you must drink often causes nausea).

Based on literature, your numbers ith symptoms would be enogh to have a doctor look into it. I have the same numbers with symptoms. I am pre-diabetic, I have been to 4 different doctors and for some reason, they all do not want to help me. I don't know if the standard is set by States. I decided that I am loosing my time and I will be taking vitamins. I am at a healthy weight and workout - these 2 factors are actually making the doctors think that I do not need help. To me, your numbers are enough to make me feel dizzy, vision black spots and crash after a while (hypoglycemia) - I do have to take my problem into my own hands. if you run into the same problem, please make changes in your lifestyle, vitamins, diet changes. Good luck

If three consecutive blood tests (FBS & PPBS) at two weeks interval each shows such results then you are diabetic and should consult a diabetologist or a physician. Though your FBS is within normal limits, the PPBS is very high. This means your pancreas can not control the sugar level after food.

First repeat your test three times to make accurate judgement. Second you should take your result to doctor and discuss about it. I donot know how measuring system works as we have mmol/L measuring practise and healthy level is consider to be 4-8mmol/L. Even you happen to be a diabetic then its not the end of you. You can do many thing to control your blood suger and live next to normal life.
