everytime i think to myself that im going to have a heart attack i get heart pain all the time at night,and i`ve had heart problems for several months and im 13,why am i having heart problems this young?

I agree it's most likely what doctors call growing pains. Your chest wall, lungs, and pleura are all growing and expanding. There are lots of nerve endings in that area. In a heart attack you are going to feel like someone is sitting on your chest you will have trouble breathing and could have pain in your jaw, like a tooth ache, or in your shoulder. The only way for anyone to know for sure if you are having a heart attack is through Blood Work. A level called Troponin in your blood is elevated when someone is having a heart attack. An ecg can also clue a person in on a heart attack or heart problems. So get an ECG done in the E.R. of a hospital. Most heart problems cause a person to feel faint, weak, and pass out completley due to lack of blood to the body due to improper pumping of the heart.

I really doubt if what you're experiencing are heart problems. I used to get piercing pain around my chest area and new it was only my nerves in that area. You're probably still maturing and that's what it probably is.
