Let your doctor know. They will do a pap smear, which they should have done once you found out you were pregnant. I believe they can treat the HPV virus, the cause of genital warts, after a certain month of pregnancy. HPV will not cause any harm to your baby, and I don't think it can be passed on through birth either, but if it can, you may need a c-section.

tell your doctor and they can examine you. warts tend to grow in pregnancy and can get much worse. it only makes a difference for the baby in rare cases, such as so many warts the baby cant get through the vagina or so many that they will tear badly at delivery and cause you to bleed. if so, you just get a C-section. other than that, warts rarely cause a problem in pregnancy and most women can have a vaginal delivery.

You think,,,,,,,,you need to find out for sure, talk with your doctor as genital warts is yours for life. Your doctor will take precautions prior to delivery but he needs to know now. GL

Make sure that your obstratician knows this now. They have to take special precautions when you deliver the baby.
