nobody modifies with scorpions or bugs. that sounds like something japanese farmers will say to make you want to spend more money and buy japanese products. They used to say stupid things like that about american rice too, but none of it was true.

hahaha how many times have u posted this q sweet??
in latin america theres no countrythat doesnt allow gm potatoes. chile does allow them. we dont get canadian gm potatoes as we have our own. if potatoes come from abroad theyll enter the continent if they comply with the local sanitary regulations which are basically they were irrigated with clean water.
if u want to eat potato please dont care whether its been gmed or not --if ur from the us or europe, places were there might be gm potatoes, they have been made available to u as a customer becase they complied with the fda rules or the equivalent in the european union. the debate against gm foods is crap if u ask me as it wont damage ur health at all -- theres research that says gm foods will harm u, but so far it hasnt been proven, theres no empirical study saying ur prone to disease or genetical disorders if had gm food.
now the difference between gm and organinc is that by gm you actually modify the genes of a plant in order to get, say, an orange the size of a water melon or a squared apple. organic food refers to food thats been grown just naturally, not even with pesticides fighting plant diseases. a plant disease will not cause u any harm either.
hey, ur so sweet asking this q again and again. i hope u enjoy eating ur potatoes!

I am not sure what you mean.
Are you referring to GMO potatoes?
You can Google on the type of modification you mean as well as the country's name and see if that helps.
Good luck
