1. Use Beano
2. Also, the USDA hot soak method is supposed to remove a lot of the indigestible carbs from the bean.
Place beans in a pot cover with water + 2" over the tops of the beans [10 cups of water for 2 cups of beans]. Bring to boil... let boil for 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Let soak for 2 to 4 hours.
Drain the beans and rinse the beans. The offending carbs are washed away.
The hot soak method is equivalent to soaking the beans overnight.

Start with Beano for sure. Continue eating beans on a regular basis...your body will eventually keep the enzymes used to digest the beans without the bloating or gas problems. Be a little patient it may take a few weeks...like 6.
I have read cooking beans with a piece of seaweed (kombu) will help the body digest the beans without as much gas too.
Here I found a note about it on line...
"Note: the Kombu adds little to no flavor to the recipe and should completely disintegrate into the soup through cooking. If pieces are still visible and not aesthetically pleasing to you, the Kombu can be removed before serving. Kombu cooked with beans renders them more digestible, and reduces the "fragrant side effects" from eating beans. "
From...http://www.vegparadise.com/bean1.html
I find kombu at a Chinese grocery store in my area. (It's dried and wrapped in plastic)
Good luck!
Definitely use Beano it really works! Just use it as it suggests to.

sprinkle some baking soda on beans before cooking. Rinse and cook. Or try beano or another supplement that has enzymes to help break down the gas bubbles.

Place a whole, unpeeled clean potato in the pot when you cook your beans. The potato absorbs the properties that cause gas, and you can then enjoy your beans toot-free!
Note: DON'T EAT THE POTATO!!!!!
