The drive is a pathway that everyone is getting his/her dog for a walk on the kerb.
I want to avoid to pick it up... Yuck...
I thought of some substance to stay dogs away... maybe bleach???????

They are not my dogs, people are using the kerb infront of my house to get their dogs poo and wee...

Are these your dogs or other people's dogs going to the bathroom on your property? If it is other people's dogs they should be picking it up, if they are yours you should be picking it up or training them to go in the spot that you do want them to go in. DON'T pour bleach or you won't have any grass there.

Easy - just pick it up! If you don't want them to poo there, don't let them have access to the area.
You can get one of those signs with the "slash" through it that shows a doggie squatting to poo at most pet supply stores/online. That might help. If not maybe you could get the owner to put up a sign?

Go to the hardwae and buy a shovel and get it up.Bag it and take it to a dumpster.
