I have these and they really used to freak me out. You can feel your heart skipping and sometimes it makes you have to catch your breath. It's very unsettling. I talked to my Dr. and I wore a monitor for a week. Unfortunately nothing showed up. I then wore another type of monitor for a month where it would constantly monitor my heart and if I had a palpitation I would press a button and it would record and retain the last minute of my heart rhythm. I would then call a phone number and transmit the results. In the end I had several heart tests run including a stress test, EKG's and sonogram. My Dr. eventually told me that I was having benign PVC's or Pre-Ventricular Contractions. He said they were harmless and many people have them...some more than others. A woman I work with was having hundreds of them a day for a while so she started taking medication which helped. For me it ended up that I also have high blood pressure and needed medication for that and a side affect of it is that it regulates heart rhythm so I haven't had them for a long time now...except occasionally. If you're worried be sure to get it checked out. It could be a valve problem or murmur, but you might also be one of the many people that have these totally benign PVC's.
Concerning the vitamins you take, I have a perpetually low Magnesium which helps regulate heart rhythm. Perhaps you have this or a low Potassium and taking the vitamins helps with this.
Best Wishes!!! :)

Any form of heart palpitations might desire to be taken heavily as they seem to be a failure interior the middle's electric powered equipment and can bring about blood clots on the concepts. What can ensue right it is whilst oxiginated blood leaves the 2nd heart pump chamber and heads directly to the concepts a "plug" can style and blockage of blood to the concepts take place , subsequently a stroke. a chum of mine has had heart palpitations for years and recently he had a "clear out' inserted interior the artery from the middle to the concepts to guarantee no clots will attain the concepts. This desires to be evaluated via a Cartiologist. Ignoring any form of palpitatons or Atrial traumatic inflammation, no count number how small could have severe effects as ive defined above. There are drugs available to handle a large style of the failure interior the middle's electric powered equipment so concepts-set this with an excellent be conscious. i does no longer brush aside this as some form of an element that occurs whilst one gets excited or under pressure. actual it rather is the incorrect factor to do in view of what negitive might ensue if untreated.

You need to consistently be getting enough B12 in your diet. Otherwise you will experience symptoms like heart palpitations, sweating in the head, hands, and back, dizziness, irritability, lack of concentration, moodiness, fatigue and exhaustion.
Increase your intake of beef, liver, pork, fish, eggs, milk and cheese.
The recommended daily intake for B12 is 2mcg for adults. In the human diet, vitamin B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant foods usually don't containt it. If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet, then you need B12 supplementation. Keep up with the multivitamin B complex supplements as this vitamin is water soluble and very effective in small doses. Water soluble means that it is not stored in the body or produced in the body and therefore needs to be supplied to the body on a daily basis.
Increased levels of stress mean you need to increase your intake of the B multivitamin complex.
PEACE & GOOD HEALTH TO YOU

If you've checked out physically, they're probably anxiety attacks. See your doctor again and mention that.

believe it or not, it could very well be panic attacks. i only do it when i am going to bed as well. if you're like me, it startles you and it makes you not want to go to sleep. just try relaxing and taking deep breaths. it seems to help.
