It's from sinuses, but nothing I have tried seems to work. Thanks.

Just to address some of the other answers, saline spray won't do much for your nose once it is stopped up. Its just water, water that has a little salt added to make it the same concentration as body fluids. It is used to moisturize your nose, keep it from drying out, but once its stuffy it won't do much good.

Okay, so what you need to do is treat the condition. The condition is a stuffy nose. That is caused by inflammation. There are two routes to take to treat it. One is with standard nasal spray. That works really well, but, big but, those sprays are very addictive and can only be used for maybe a day, day and a half at best. Otherwise you will start to get a reflex response when you try to stop using the medicine and your nose keeps on getting inflammed.
The other thing to do is try some of the over the counter nasal medications. Is the stuffiness due to a cold or allergies? Either way you can try things like Claritin, its non-habit forming and over the counter. It works really well, but won't treat everything. You can also try some of the standards like sudafed, actifed and the like. Anything with Benedryl will help but will make you quite drowsy. Anything like tylenol pm will contain benedryl. You can also consider things like NasalCrom. Its a nasal spray, over the counter now, that helps to prevent the inflammation response in the sinuses, its called a mast cell stabilizer. You would want to use a little regular nasal spray to get the sinus passage open, then spray the nasalcrom.
Other than that and you will have to go to prescription meds like Singulair, works really well, Zyrtec and the like, or something like Flonase, a steriod in an inhaler, works really, really well on this type of condition.

In any case, I hope this has been helpful. Best of luck

For a quick fix i would recommend a vaporizer or hot bath. If it happens often get checked out by and ear nose and throat DR. I started with blocked nostrils and it turned out to be a tumor in my sinuses that im having surgery for next month. Be careful.

Get some over the counter saline nasal spray. I can't stand it, personally, but it does work. You could also try standing in a hot shower to get things moving.
