First, don't eat such spicy food if you have reactions like that to it. Second, rice, a staple in Mexican cuisine, can have a constipating effect...which means that, if you ate a ton of rice and you're pushing out a huge log, you can get fissures. A fissure is a tiny crack in the anus. If you have one, your bowel movements will cause pain for a week or longer.
If you have burning now, you can wipe with wet toilet paper to make sure you've removed everything, put some vaseline on the affected area (with a q-tip is probably easiest), or put hydrocortisone cream down there.
