No.

You don't need to mention that in your ad, but you should definitely tell a person before you have sex with them!

I have dated several guys which only lasted a few dates. They didn't need to know I have genital herpes because I never slept with them and wasn't planning on sleeping with them. But, whenever I got into serious relationships (like the one with my fiance) I would ALWAYS tell them I had genital herpes before we had sex.

You don't need to advertise it though!

No. Nobody will respond if you put that on there. Wait till you meet someone and if you hit it off with her and things lead to sex, then you can tell her. If she cares about you, she might be OK with it. But there's no need to disclose it to every potential woman that looks at your ad. If you had bad breath or diabetes or you snored, would you include that in your ad? Probably not, right? Everyone has problems and it's not exactly lying not to share them all until you have gotten to know the person. Good luck.

You have a 38 year old virgin son, a promiscuous under aged daughter, genital herpes, (body) crabs and you still wonder why your wife doesn't want to jump in the sack with you. You are either not to bright or very careless with the truth, I think a bit of both....

Just in case you are still wondering, "no", do not mention this in your ad, but if you are going to engage in sexual activity, oral sex, etc..., you need to. The other person has the right to make the decision if they want to risk getting herpes. (Even if you use a condom, give them the respect to choose).

If that is one of the questions, yes but if its not then wait until you meet the right girl and be honest about it. Also, keep on mind that she might be in the same boat as you! so try to make the habit of asking about std to any girl that you meet in the future. Good luck!
