Get creative. Do your parents have rice, pasta, sauces, vegetables, fruits, beans, cereal, milk (I'll assume you are vegetarian and not vegan,) yogurt or eggs?

Every step you can do is a great step... eventually they will get the hint. Go grocery shopping with your parents. They may not be willing to buy you the fancy stuff, but surely they won't say no to some beans? If you have to get your protein from eggs for now, go for it. Ask to put veggies in the cart. Is a parent really going to say no to a kid/teen who *wants* veggies.

Time to start using the stove for simple meals. I'm not sure how old you are, but can you make a grilled cheese? Instant rice? Make some spaghetti. Tofu is not expensive and you can get a few meals out of it; maybe they will buy you some of that. It is healthy. Cook some veggies in some sauce and put it on rice. Got seasoning? Use that to eat pasta.

Are you old enough to get any kind of job? Work a couple days a week and buy your own veg food.
_____________
Above all else talk to your parents. Let them know it is important to you. They may not cook you special meals, but maybe they will be nice enough to cook you a separate little part before they add the meat.

Good for you and good luck!

I became veg a little over six months ago, and even though my mum didn't really appreciate it, she wasn't totally against it either. If you follow the ideas of the others, [like buying your own food and the like] it'd be easier. Stir frying veggies and stuff is great, and it isn't neccesarily "veg" food. Pasta and things of that nature [bread and rice too] can help to fill you up with the veggies.
Good luck though! I hope you can do it.

I became a vegetarian when I was 16. The rest of my family are big meat eaters, so I started making my own lunches and dinners, doing my own separate grocery shopping, etc. Once my parents saw that I was serious about this and this wasn't a "fad", they started buying some of my vegetarian staples with the weekly grocery list. My mom would also try to make something vegetarian once a week for the whole family to try.

You will have to start preparing your own meals. I'm sure there are veggies in your fridge somewhere. Make stir frys, pasta dishes, sandwiches and wraps, veggie omelettes, etc.. They cannot force feed you, just say that you would rather not eat any meat. After they get used to that start writing down things that you want on the grocery list.
