Alu Gobhi is my all-time favorite. I also adore Palak Paneer (some call it Saag Paneer), Chana Masala and Bainghan Bharta.

Potatos, carrots peas onion parsnip all spiced up with corriander, cumim ,garam masalaand a touch of paprika.then served as side order to a nice roast rabbit.YUM LOVELY.

Korma for me. I can't believe someone said fish curry. Fish eaters are not vegetarian.

aubergine curry my friend makes a wicked one it great an i like meat , but this is so yummy when she does it now she always brings me some down .

i enjoy replacing meat in curries with a can of chick peas, it seems to work for most curries.
