It seems like i want to turn the people closest to me into punching bags, and then just cry, and no one seems to understand. I just feel like they are all mad at me.

First of all congratulations on quitting, it is no small feat. You may want to try exercises, walking, or something more strenuous. Good luck,

Take it like Alcoholics Anonymous. One day at a time.

Get the people you think are mad at you aside, and tell them what you're going through. Maybe they never smoked and don't appreciatewhat you're doing.

Above all, DON'T QUIT. You've done so well.

(( Ive been though what you are going through, It's worth it.))
