brother inlaw had stroke monday need to know write away please help time is short

it's called Tpa....Tissue plasminogen activator...if he had a stroke monday it is too late to give tpa,it must be given within a certain time frame and only for a stroke caused by a blood clot

I know what you mean -- the med that minimizes the effects of a stroke. But I don't know the name of it. You could find out on webmd
